What to Do If Your Order Is Not Delivered on Time or Is Damaged?

We hope this never happens, but if you don't receive your order within the stated delivery timeframe or if it arrives damaged, please notify us immediately. Please ensure that you contact us within seven days from the delivery date indicated on your tracking information.

If the issue is related to material quality or assembly, you'll receive a replacement for the original product. However, we cannot offer refunds for products that were:

  • Purchased from a source other than the website
  • Damaged by misuse or activities outside of the intended purpose
  • Damaged by abuse or negligence (e.g. exposure to chemicals, sharp object, high heat, etc.)

Please note that each product's life expectancy depends on the individual user, conditions of use, and wear patterns. Products damaged by normal wear and tear or that have exceeded their reasonable lifespan will not be replaced.

How do I track my online order?

If the order has been fulfilled, click on it

Click on the tracking link to be taken to your tracking information.

Or, check your shipping
confirmation email for the tracking link.

Is it possible to cancel my order?

You can cancel your order within one hour of placing it.

Locate the order in your confirmation email or account section and click on the 'Cancel Order' button.

If one hour has passed, then the order can no longer be canceled. However, you are still able to return or exchange the items after delivery.

Can I make a change to my order?

Regrettably, we cannot make any adjustments to your order once it
has been submitted by clicking 'Place Order' at checkout.

How do I return my items?

We offer free returns all over Qatar except :

Follow the steps below to return your item(s):

Go to our **RETURNS PORTAL** and enter your order number (e.g. #CA123456) and shipping postal code or email address.

Choose the item(s) you want to return or exchange and the reason for doing so.

Select the method you will be using to return the item,it may take up to 14 days for your order to be returned to our warehouse and be refunded.

Once we've received your returned item, we'll process your refund, which may take up to 5 days to clear with your bank. If you've asked for an exchange, please note that stock isn't immediately reserved and the requested item/s may no longer be available once returned. In that case, we'll refund the item/s back to your original payment method and send you a confirmation email.

How much does it cost to return to return item(s)?

You can return any product for free provided it's in its original packaging and state, Items should have original tags attached, and Accessories should have all parts of the original packaging, You have up to three days from the delivery date to return your online order.

Can shipping cost be refunded when returning a product?

Shipping fees are non-refundable unless you are returning a defective product. To determine whether you are eligible for a refund, we will inspect the item for defects once it is received at our warehouse. If a defect is confirmed, we will include the shipping costs in your refund.

Can I exchange my items(s)?

We understand that sometimes the wrong size can be ordered, and we're happy to make an exchange for you. If you receive an item that doesn't fit, simply return it within 3 days of receiving your order. As part of our returns process, you can request a different size and we'll send it to you free of charge. It's that easy!

How long does it usually take to receive an exchange?

We strive to make our return process as quick and easy as possible. Once your item has been delivered to our warehouse, we guarantee to process your return within a week.

If you're looking to exchange your item, you'll be happy to know that we typically dispatch approved exchanges within 1-2 days. We'll even send you an email with your new tracking
